Finishing School

This is the Royal Palace in Stockholm, Sweden, where I visited in 1998. Magnificent, yet according to the Bible, God describes a woman's splendor as superior to the most exquisite palace.

I am amazed at how belittling women's thoughts are in comparison to the picturesque placement that is ours by birthright.

Are you reflecting authenticity
or do you allow the world's
philosophy to confound your
position as a Christian woman?

We are prominent by God's design.

Woman's origin is implied through creation and we have Scriptural confirmation of this. She resembles the polished corner stones of an ancient palace.

We are embellished with loveliness.

";that our daughters may be as corner stones, polished after the similitude of a palace:" Psalm 144:12

Not all Christian women understand their position in Christ. Furthermore, not all Christian women embrace their position in Christ.

Why would you settle for something less than God's best for you?

We can improve our sensitivity and behavior as a lady through the supreme standard of a Bible based curriculum filled with sound lessons on truth, outcomes, and accountability. Correlating your personal values with your confidence and ability to relate to others is synonymous with polishing the stepping stones for your best life now.

If you have never grown up in a teaching environment where character was developed from an early age, then I encourage you with this - it is never too late! In fact, we are all a work in progress.
The effects of character training
are immediate and long lasting for every individual.

Where do we start? We start with developing our character. A lady with character will choose her words wisely.

What do your words reflect? Are you sincere and straightforward in your conversation?

The tongue is both a sword and a bow which has the ability to shoot arrows of bitter words. When speaking with someone or about another person, our words must be kind and considerate at all times.

Upright conversation excludes, includes, and achieves.

  • Our conversation must exclude bad language, cynicism, and criticism.
  • Our conversation must include a motive,  an object, good language, and action.
  • Our conversation is to achieve respect like a pillar and provide support like a column.

God has His own finishing school for women. His standards outclass the rest. Are you in His class?

Until next time, your words should adorn you with loveliness. Like a lighthouse, their purpose is to illuminate beauty not beast.
